I Am a Girl NGO: Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) pilot project
At Safety Supply Company, we understand the importance of being prepared for natural disasters. Within the hurricane season, we’re dedicated to promoting resilience within our community. We partnered with I Am a Girl NGO a non-profit organization dedicated exclusively to addressing the unique needs of girls. Safety Supply Company assisted in providing the participants with 7 Smile-Plus First Aid Kits to assist their collaboration with CARE USA, to launch a Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) pilot project aimed at enhancing the capacity of 22 vulnerable girls and young women across Barbados. This assistance is intended to bolster their resilience during the 2024 hurricane season.
WE’RE TAKING ACTION
To give back to our community and raise the visibility of the company in the area of corporate social responsibility (CSR), we have created an outreach project we are calling “Safety Cares.”
THE SAFETY CARES PROGRAM
Under the Safety Cares program, we will be engaging in several community-minded activities including donations and safety awareness campaigns.
EDUCATING YOUTH ON FIRE SAFETY
